“Don't but Crime Stopper”

Crime Stoppers 4-Button Remote Start/Keyless Entry with DP II Technology — 

I bought car alarm model CS-2200 from Sears. I learned Sears wont install Crime Stopper. Other installers I called said they wouldn't either because they had too many problems. Finally got it installed and found the control unit was defective. I had to pay CrimeStoppers handling and shipping fees for them to repair it. Now the shock sensor sets off the alarm at night in my garage although it is set to the minimum sensitivity. It also opens and shuts the doors at random without the use of a remote.
