Crystal Farms Reduced 'Fat Cream Cheese —
Be sure you try Crystal Farms reduced fat cream cheese from KMart. It went on sale for 10/$10 recently. It goes great with bagels, celery sticks, spinach wraps, you name it.
Chinese Cheese Wontons:
1 pkg Crystal Farms Cream Cheese or Reduced Fat, softened
juice from one lemon
1/2 green onion OR 1 TBS wet green onion flakes
1 pkg Wonton wrappers from KMart
Mix all ingredients together in bowl, except for the wrappers. if you desire, you can add a can tiny shrimp or 1/4 cup imitation crab.
Drop spoonful in center of egg roll wrapper, Dampen the edges slightly with water and fold into triangles. Fry at 350 degrees preheated oil. Remove onto paper towels to drain. We use an electric skillet you will find in KMart appliances. Safer and less oil!
NEVER EVER pay full price for delicious wontons again! This also works with chocolate candy bars, broken into bits. use only chocolate, no lemon or onions.
