“Serves its purpose”

The Cuisinart Brew Central DCC-1200 Coffee Maker makes my mornings easier with the auto-timer capability. Its easy to set the time and schedule the coffee to begin brewing for those early mornings. “Looks great and make great coffee.”

This coffee make is very styish and also makes a really good pot of coffee.  The coffee brews very hot, so be wary of that.  It also stays hot even after turned off.

“Cuisinart makes THE BEST coffeemaker I've ever used!!!!”

  I bought the Cuisinart because of the reviews I read while shopping for a new coffeemaker. My old one just wasn't keeping the coffee hot. Don't have to worry about that with this one!! The adjustable temp. warming plate is great. The coffee is delicious, I am VERY happy with is product!!!!! The only draw back for me (I'm quite short,5' ) is the cup markings on the inside of the water reservoir are hard to see. I use the markings on the pot,and that seems to be fine.

“worthless”

waste of money. The grinder is inside the water area so every time you use it you have to take it apart and dry it. very poor design.

“The best coffee maker ever!”

I recieved this coffee maker as a wedding gift and I love it. It has a timer so that the coffee starts to make automaticaly every morning at whatever time you choose. It is also very easy to use and program.. Highly recommend.

“Makes great coffee but quite a diva....”

Cuisinart DCC-1200 Brew Central 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker -

A charcoal filter that has to be soaked and then installed WAY down in the water compartment ostensibly filters out nasties from your tap water.  Must be replaced regularly if you live in Florida as I do, where our water is practically rocky with minerals.  Water compartment top opens very high so you can't easily keep this coffeemaker under your cabinets.  Plus, the water level is not easily viewed from the front so you practically have to turn the coffeemaker around to see when you're filling.  The makers predicted this, apparently,...
