This is a great product if you like food and are used to cooking complex dishes like in Indian cuisine. This thing makes life so simple.
Whether you want to finely chop onions and tomatoes for a curry paste or slice them a bit coarser for the garnishing. This thing was pretty handy for me for kneading small amounts of dough till I got my stand mixer.
Also for Indians, this is a great way of making ur dhaniya or mint chutneys :-)
This is a great food processor. I never really cooked until now as this is easy to use and clean and you can use it for everything even making doughs.
I really like this processor. It comes with several blades and two bowls. My only gripe is the safety mechanism, but you can't really buy anything new without it. It would be nice if you didn't have to insert the pusher thingy to make it work. Chopping, slicing, pulsing etc is very good, but each piece of food has to be cut to fit into the feeder tube with the pusher far enough in to trigger the safety, so you do end up with some waste. The end of each piece of food, ie: cucs or zucs or cabbage are wasted, so.... it's not very efficient. I really like to use it for pie crust and crumble...
read full review »I could not live with out this appliance. I use it almost daily. It has a lot of power and is easy to use and clean.
Have one of these in our house for about 2 years now and it is used at least weekly to make meals and other snacks for our large family
We never have had ours serviced, we just keep it clean and put the clear parts in the dishwasher after using it for the next task. It does not even get unplugged since it is always being used in our busy family !
It is powerful and makes any task so much easier since it does not strain or huff and puff while pulverizing or chopping anything we need to make ready to serve or cook
Get one and be also a very satisfied customer. Dont bother with the other brands...
