I bought this coffee maker and had problems from day one. The grinder doesn't grind the coffee correctly and then filter clogs. The thermal carafe does not keep the coffee hot...

I purchased this coffee maker, and it is wonderful! I can grind and brew a mug at a time now and always have fresh ground coffee! No wasteful pouring out stale coffee again!!!
This is such a great coffee maker! The pot holds plenty of coffee and you can set the timer to grind your beans and brew your coffee at any time. The thermal pot holds the heat of your coffee longer than a glass pot.

We bought this coffee maker and had problems from day one. The grinder didn't seem to grind the coffee correctly and then the filter would clog. Afterwards, we would just use the coffee maker without the grinder and it would still clog and overflow, just about daily. My husband says its way too complicated for a simple task -- brewing coffee.
The one thing I liked about the coffee maker was the insulated carafe. The coffee does stay hot for hours and it is a great idea.
We would have replaced it earlier, but the cost was a little pricey so we felt we had to use it for awhile to justify...
read full review »Cusinart Grind & Brew-Thermal Coffee Maker My 3 daughters gave it to us Christmas of 2007. We love it. Makes the best coffee and love the grinder built right in. Coffee stays warm for hours in the Thermal Carafe, and classy enough to put right at the dinner table.
