Cuisinart PowerEdge 700 56 oz. Blender —
I've always wanted this blender, but could never justify spending the money (approx $100 depending on where you shop). After our extremely hot summer and my old blender dying, I decided to go ahead and buy the Cuisinart Blender. I am so happy that I did. I couldn't believe what a difference there was between the Cuisinart blender and my old no-name blender. It crushes ice like as if it were marshmallows and makes smoothies in a matter of seconds. With my old blender I could only put a small amount of ice in at a time and I had to pre-chop most fruits before putting in if I wanted a smoothing. With the Cuisinart blender I put in enough ice for an entire picture of margaritas and enough fruit (quartered not chopped) for the entire family to have a smoothie in the mornings. The new blender helps me save time and energy. I am so glad we decided to spend the extra money. I HIGHLY recommend the Cuisinart Power Blend 700 Blender.
