Has a quality look to it and the pot handle has a nice "feel" to it makes very good HOT coffee, the water filter is a nice touch too The end of brew cyle beeps as is the same when the warming timer ends Has a three year warranty! 90% plus reviews at other stores/sites give this product a positive endorsement have to concur and WOULD also reccomend this coffee maker. NOW the improvements it could use: 1. Hinge the top of the coffe carfe so you dont have to remove the cover to fill with water 2. Redesign the water tank (make it see through) so you can easly see amount your brewing 3. Make the LCD clock actually readable
