ELF is by far one of the best Christmas movies of all time! We watch it as a family every year and our ages range from two to thirty. This is one of those special movies that has something for everyone in it. It is a movie that will make you laugh no matter how many times you watch it.
There are some parts that kids may not understand as they use a form of humer that puts some jokes just above a childs level but makes them laugh since all the adults are laughing too.
The only down side to this movie is the fact that it is on TV all the time around Christmas.

I love this movie so much! It is perfect for a holiday laugh. Bring on the hot chocolate and Christmas cookies! Elf is such a great movie.
My family and friends alike cannot get enough of the movie. It has quickly become a holiday favorite. Everyone enjoys it!
This is a movie that can be watched by adults but is a little over the top but the grandkids seem to get big kicks out of this one. Elf is another Christmas movie centered around purity and innosense in a single person who ends up bringing peace, harmony and restoration to all around him.
A "regular" baby ends up by mistake at the North Pole after one Christmas nights deliveries. When full grown the giant is living among the elves and having a hard time. He learns of his true identity and sets off to find his dad who is a corporate elite who has little time or patience for such rediculousness....

Will Farrell is hillarious with the all-star cast in this fun Christmas movie that quickly puts you in a holiday mood. "Elf" is colorful and appropriate for all ages. I kept the full-screen for myself and gave the widescreen DVD to my grandchildren in the double DVD set.
this is one my favorite christmas movies of alltime its very funny and has a very uplifting story that puts you in the spirit of the season. this movie is great for all ages

ELF is this generations "Christmas Story". It is a must watch holiday classic that will make you smile no matter how many times you watch it. This movie is funny throughout and doesn't have a slow part. The acting is GREAT and the visual appeal is magnificent. The music is up beat and relevant to every scene.
I could not imagine not watching this movie every year and making it a part of my holiday season. even those who do not celebrate Christmas will enjoy thsi movie.
