Makes me feel like a real pro

Have the 30' gas cooktop, which has 4 burners.  I didn't feel the need for the 2 extra burners or the center grill, whcih you get with the 36".  Rarely do I have need to have more than four items on the cooktop.

One of the burners (front left) is a double - a small inner ring and  big outer ring.  One knob controls both rings of this one burner.  At it's lowest setting, it gives a simmer lower than you would get with any other cooktop.  Very useful for reducing sauces, or just keeping somehtign warm with out continued cooking.  But when cranked up, both rings going, brings water to a boil...
