But in three months the chuck broke call for a fix, replacment but it would of been 100 dollars plus. So i gave him the okay to buy himself a new one. He really likes the dewalt drills. it was a shame.

Good price, batteries recharge quickly, has plenty of power and the charge last way longer then what it takes to discharge the other battery. It is also easy to handle and fairly light weight.
This drill was my upgrade into the world of pro-grade power tools from a cheapo 14.4V Black & Decker drill. I upgraded primarily because I was frustrated by having to drill pilot holes for lag screws all the time due to the lack of power. Furthermore, my former so-called variable speed drill only had two speeds, namely 400 or 800 rpm, nothing in between so I was constantly stripping screw heads. It seems I really didn't need a new drill but fate drew me to Sears today. Having owned Dewalt cordless drills in the past, I was quite amazed at how much power this one has. It seems to want to work-- and get it done. This drill is not for the meek or the mild; although with a gentle squeeze it works magically.
I seem to always bring one extra magical thing home and today it was this great Dewalt cordless drill.
And you do get what you pay for. A quality product by a quality and trusted name. The drill is a workhorse, the battery doesn't want to quit, and the weight is so much lighter than others. I would suggest spending the extra dollers on this drill if your looking for something that will out last yourself.
Dewalt, much more is there to say. Great power, great size, great weight, and great prices at Sears. Tackle any job with this cordless drill.
Drill is light weight, good torque and easy to drop in another battery. Very nice case that has extra battery and charger. Almost no way you could use up a newly charged battery before the other one recharges.
The Dewalt drill is durable with long lasting batteries. We have used other brands, and noticed the difference. Especially after your project is finalized with harldy any mishaps because we had tools that were constantly breaking with dead batteries. Dewalt tools all the way.
