“Bought a Dell Laptop and sorry - again”
This is my second Dell Laptop. I was unhappy with my last one and said I would not buy Dell again, but the price hooked me. I wish I had bought something else.
I had it less than 3 week when the keyboard lost it's program, then the touch pad stopped working, I got a messaging that the power adapter that came with the computer was defective and I got the "Bad Blue Screen." I bought a maintenance agreement that cost almost as much as the laptop only to find that you have to send it in to Texas every time something goes wrong. Texas has had it more than I have.
Will not buy Dell again.
