personally own 5 Dell computers, one desktop is almost 10 yrs old and still runs great as do the 3 other desktops and a laptop, which is a InspironE1705, it does have its little flaws such as the ac adaptors tend to break apart and i have had the keyboard replaced a couple of times, oh did I tell you it was 4 yrs old and I still get top notch service from it, but any problem I have had Dell has taken care of them through the extended warranty they offered me AND ANYONE WHO DOESN'T GET AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR ANY COMPUTER THEY BUY DELL OR NOT ONLY HAVE THEMSELVES TO BLAME WHEN THEY BREAK...
