We ordered this to cool a living room/kitchen combo that is approximately 500 square feet. We never expected the unit to cool the room to the temperature set on the thermostat, since the room is divided by a half wall and open to a hallway, but it does make a noticable difference (15 to 20 degrees cooler than without it, even with the oven or stove operating). We vented it to the front window of our home, which is the focal point of our facade, and from the street, you can't even see it. Inside, it's little large, but not unattractive. read full review »I recently purchase this item and worried about how it will work for my big room. Then I thought I can only purchase for one week and then decide to keep it or return the product. I got really nice response and my other relative wanted the same item.
I purchcased this air conditoner unit at a sears store, only because I was assured by the sales person that sears always has the lowest price, and matches and beats other stores prices by 10% (also , what I was told when I purchased my tv)
I was looking at the air conditoners in stock when the salesperson approached me asked me if i had any questions, I told the sales person I am interested in this air conditoner unit but I would be back later to get it if this was the best price available.
