“Works great”

I bought this radiator as a Christmas gift for my husband. We placed it in our bathroom which is FREEZING early in the morning. But not anymore. I love the programable timer on the radiator. “Delonghi DeLonghi stopped working after one week.”

The thermostat broke, and it stopped working. Though they repaired it free under the warranty, it took three weeks to get it back, and I had to drive over a half hour each way to an official repair shop to deliver and retrieve it. “3 disasters”

I have had 3 of these and 2 didn't work from the first day. The third stopped working in 3 weeks, and we only used them for occasional use and not every day. I am waiting for the return pick-up of the lat 2, and will never order these again.
