“Delonghi nearly as good as the coffee shops”

Makes pretty good coffee, great for those who like espresso. My tip is to put a cup of water under the frothing unit after every use so that it will not get clogged up and too use whole milk, but don't fill the cup to high because it tends to make more froth with a lower level of milk. Good machine.

This is a very good item cleaning of product can be difficult otherwise would have scored higher

“Nice Appliance”

Making the esspresso/cappucino takes some getting used to, as it is hard to learn at first. When you get the hang of it, it is quite easy. It looks good on countertops and it makes great coffees.
