Delta Airlines —
I flew Delta to see my Dad....I had to fly with stop overs and that made me nervous. The last time I had flown ...it was with American and they treated me absolutely horrible and my stop over was a nightmare! So THIS flight with Delta went so smoothly and they were so nice and helpful to me that I would certainly consider flying them again.
The flight attendants on the way back were so happy and friendly ....they just made you smile. So different from the scowling, unhappy and unhelpful flight attendants I dealt with on American.
Even the counter where I checked in....the security checkpoints and the luggage carriers. All friendly and helpful....again compared to that OTHER one....night and day!
I didnt have to deal with Delta's customer service....b/c I didnt have any problems. But I can tell you American's was horrible and did not deal with the MANY problems I had had with them on ALL my flights both there and back. I know Delta wouldnt have treated me that way BUT I wouldnt KNOW as I didnt NEED their customer service dept.! THANKS DELTA!!
