This is a great exercise video. The workout is divided into two, 20 minute workouts. One is for cardio and the next is for streghting. In the video Denise suggest that you the cardio Monday, Wednesday and Friday and the strengh portion on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. When I purchased the video I had not exercised and had recently began a diet. At first I could only do about 10 minutes before I was tired, but I pushed myself and about 2 weeks later I can complete the 20 minutes with no problems, then I walk 1 mile afterward. I have noticed a differnce in my waist and stomach areas. I have purchased many of Denise Austin's workout videos and this is the best one and targets all the areas that women want to lose inches from.
