I had search on other stores of the same category as this battery. Price is in the mid range. Specification is far more better than others that's why I choose this one. One more great thing is the offer of having to pay this w/out interest. I was able to stretch my budget up to six month, that like paying $20 a month for a great car battery.
This battery will blow you away. It stays charged when other batteries would normally fail because of the weather conditions such as it being too cold out, or being too hot out. If most batteries sit not used in the weather they tend to loose battery life, this Craftsman Die Hard battery surely lives up to its name. I currently use this battery in all of my personal automobiles. I have a 1992 honda accord, 2001 F250 powerstroke diesel, and several others.
The only battery I trust to make sure my Diesel, gets my wife and children to work and school on time. Thanks for being Diehard
I needed a replacement battery for my vehicle.
I ordered the Diehard Gold North on line.
All necessary specifications regarding the battery and compatibility with my
vehicle were provided on line.
This included availability of the product and option for carry out.
The on-line service also provided the nearest Sears store for my
convenience.
I paid using my Sear's card.
It was an easy transaction on my end.
I replaced a cheaper battery with this battery and it seems more durable. Has lasted years.
New England weather is so tricky that with a diehard battery under the hood you will never have issues.Ive owned 4 different models of Honda over the years and as soon as the original battery needs to be replaced I go with a Diehard.Have never had a problem staring my cars in over 20 years.
This Diehard gold battery is probably around the 8th or 9th one I've purchased for my vehicles. They have been the most dependable and reliable battery I''ve ever owned. Very good cold cranking power here in Minnesota in the dead of winter and still works great on those hot summer days when it gets into the 90's.
My DieHard Gold car battery only lasted 5 months. I then spent a month when I had to jump my car 4 times. I finally took my car to Sears to get my battery replaced. They kept my car overnight and charged the battery. The next day they insisted the battery was fine and that I needed to drive my car more often and for longer distances. A week later my battery was dead again. We bought a car charger, charged it, and hooked it up to my battery overnight. It still took over 30 minutes jump time to get the car started. read full review »I have used 3 Sears batteries, all become defective or dead before the warrenty expired. The first one was not the same battery but from Sears, 12 years ago, became dead within warrenty and replaced for partial price. The other twos are this modle. One was tested by another shop being underperform and confirmed by Sears shop after 65 months. It costed me nearly $100 (including tax and labor after partial refund) to have it replaced with the same one, 5 months before my car being dead (I wish the battery would have been working for a few more months). Now the third one, 60 months, is tested bad....
read full review »My other battery was dead and needed a new one in my car. Upon going to Sears Automative to get a new one, they were very helpful in helping me purchase the correct one for my car. I am very happy now with the battery they installed in my car. Not one ounce of trouble with it since it has been installed. They were very helpful and got it installed quickly.

after it was installed it was good for 18 months, then died. spent 2 1/2 hours at sears replacing it. 2nd battery lasted a year. spent 3 hours at sears replacing that one. even though 3rd battery was brand new it had only 4 months of replacement warranty left when installed. point is, they will honor the warranty but you're going to spend alot of time getting it done. i think they do it that way so they get a chance to try to sell you other services while they have you captive..replacing a battery at ********* to 10 minutes tops.
