I use my discover card for purchases. Has a cash back on those purchases. I pay my balances off every month. i strive hard to keep my credit score as high as possible.i had a problem with a vender recently that ignored my request for a refund. i gave them all the documentation that the product was returned. I finally called Discover Card to assist me in receiving the refund. They credited the amount owed to my card, although it had already been paid by me (credit balance). I finally got though to the vendor on the Phone and explained all that had been done and they gave me a 100% refund instead of the 75% I had expected. I believe that Discover Card had really helped in this matter. Pay your bills, keep a good credit score, handle your problems professionally, and good results will normally occur.
