Discover - Platinum Cash Back Credit Card —

I had the Discover Platinum card a couple years ago. I had the 0% interest for as long as I used the card at least 1 x a month. I was diligent about making a purchase at the same store and continuing this interest rate for about 3 years. But when the Discover company didn't receive the electronic transaction I was penalized and charged an outrageous interest rate. I had my receipt stating that I had made the purchase. But this heartless company didn't care. I guess I could have fought it legally but I didn't want the headache. I pulled the remainder of the balance out of my savings, paid it off and closed the account. I will never do business with Discover again.
