The bottom sprayarm started knocking against the back of the unit. (right under the turbowash area) I tried to tighten the part but it is still wobbly. any advice?

Inappropriate?

You might want to compare your unit to a floor display model to see if there is an anomaly with your unit's arm or the position of the spray nozzles.
