LockedKenmore Elite vs. Kitchen Aid Superba

What are the pros and cons of Kitchen Aid Superba vs. Kenmore Elite?  The major features appear comparable.  Kitchen Aid has better reviews (5 stars but only 12 total reviews) while Kenmore Elite has 57 reviews but only rates 3 stars and costs $110 more.  Are they both made by Whirlpool?  What do you say, BlueCrewGuy?

If you could provide the Sears item numbers of these models, it would be much easier to compare (there are several Kenmore Elite and several KitchenAid Superba models to choose from). Generally, there is a KitchenAid equivalent for each Kenmore Elite model, with a couple exceptions. A few small feature differences will exist, but they'll basically be the same machine.

Consider the differences the same differences as those between the Ford Crown Victoria and the Mercury Grand Marquis. Slightly different cosmetics, different brand name, but all the guts are the same.

Usually, though, the Kenmore version will have a lower price tag for the same feature set.
