Cynthe -

Unfortunately you can't schedule installs on the forums, but if you give your local Sears store a call, or call 1-800-4-MYHOME, they will be able to assist you in getting your new disposer installed and running in no time flat!

Disposers are an item that the customer needs to pick up at the store and have at the house for installation, same as a garage door opener or small water filter.  Also, its a nice unit but will be louder than the more expensive ones that are sound insulated. All the disposers have good ratings on the Sears.com website.

6011 isn't a bad model, but it's what I refer to as the contractor's special. It's usually the model that contractors purchase when they're building a home so they can say the kitchen has a disposal. It will grind up food into chunks, but the grind chamber is plastic and the grinding elements are galvanized steel, which can (and will) corrode. It's also going to rumble quite a bit when it's gobbling up scraps. And, the warranty is only 1 year.

If you make the small jump to the next model up (60572), you increase the motor's power by 50% (3/4 HP), you increase the warranty to 5 years, and upgrade the grinding elements to stainless steel, which are far more durable. It also has some sound insulation, to cut down on the noise. The $35 or so in price difference are extremely worthwhile.
