Dyson DC14 Complete, Purple —
I purchased my Dsyon after going through several vacuums that would start out great and then either start to smell dirty or have other problems. The first time I used it, I was amazed at how much fine "silt" the Dyson picked up. I had just vacuumed the living area with my old vacuum, so I really didn't have anything sitting on the top of the carpet, this was all coming from down deep. With 3 kids and a dog, there is always a need to vacuum, and I am always amazed at how much gets picked up. The tools are easy to use and it works well on bare floors, unlike my previous bagless cleaner that had a bare floor setting, but blew more dirt out of the way instead of sucking it up. My whole family likes to use this vacuum and it is easy enough to use that even the youngest can use it, attachments and all with very little help. On top of that, it is very easy to empty the canister...no pounding out filters and feeling like I need to vacuum the filter to get it clean. I highly recommend this vacuum...I think it will save money in the long-run, even though it is a little pricey at first. Definitely worth the investment.Dyson DC14 Complete, Purple
