Dyson DC14 Complete, Purple —
I have been through so many vacuums it isn't funny. I have 5 messy kids and a dog and live on a dirt road. I was going through at least 3 vacuums a year. They would clog up, break belts, or just break down on me. I tried everything from buying more expensive vacuums to cheap ones and I even bought a vacuum to clean my vacuum! It was insane. So I kept seeing advertisments for Dyson and kept thinking it was probably a nother piece of expensive junk that would break down on me. I didn't think it was possible to get a vacuum that didn't clog up. Anyway I decided to try it because for 5 years if it broke down I could return it. So I brought it home and put it to the test. I pulled out my couch and saw about 4 bowls worth of cereal several wrappers and loads of other junk. Well I removed all the super big pieces and turned on the vacuum. It sucked it all up! It did clog when a string cheese wrapper got caught in it but the hose piece snapped off with out any hassel or tools I pulled out the wrapper and it worked just as good again! That clog would have normally with any other vacuum required a screw driver and 15 min to get out! I was impressed. Then I noticed other parts easily snapped on and off and could be declogged with ease. After that I vacuumed the rest of the livingroom which appeard clean but the vacuum filled quickly it pulled the dirt clear out from under the rug. I will not buy any other type of vacuum now this one is fantastic! The only thing I don't like is the hose could be longer but besides that it is great.
