Rock Bank is for anyone and everyone who wants to have a good time. No skill is needed, just a few friends and family members! The ease of play and the ability to download additional songs are an amazing feature. Almost anyone who plays this game will be hooked right away. If you have never tried it, you are certainly missing out!

This is by far my favorite PS3 game. I love that you can play different instruments.
I purchased Rock Band for my husband in 2008. I thought he would play it and then get bored with it. This is not the case! We have Rock Band parties and use it monthly. I love that fact that we can download new songs ( songs that we actually like!) to make it constantly changing. We upgraded to use all the wireless instruments to make it easier to relax and play. The instruments do use batteries but we buy the rechargeable to save money.
Pros for the game: constantly adding new songs (for a fee), allows 1-4 players, fun for all ages

If you are looking for the perfect party game for friends and family well look no further! The rock band gaming software is a great buy for anyone wanting to rock out. Guitar hero is the competition to rockband and while Guitar hero is more well known...rock band is superior. Not only is the gameplay in rockband more defined but the instruments that you play with are much more durable. On the guitar platform the drums and guitars often break after the first 3 months...not a smart buy. Rock band instruments are much more durable and can last for years. I bought this game for $10 and I'M stil playing it right now because it's fun. This game is in stock everywhere I go because people think this game is bad but it is not.
FIRST TIME I BOUGHT THIS PS3 SYSTEM IT WAS JUST AWSOME TO BE ABLE TO BE IN A ROCK BAND! LOVE PLAYING THE DRUMS AND THE MUSIC THEY HAD IT IN WAS CLASSIC AND OLD SCHOOL. I JUST HAD A BLAST WITH THESE GAMES. ITS LIKE GOING BLAST FROM TEH PAST!
