Wow i have had this for a week and noticed a marketable deference in my attitude and alertness. i have had a lot of fun working out and the rewards build it to the game keep you interested. the actives and exercises are great and do give you a good work out I have it set to low intensity right know but I still break a slight sweat and it has allowed me to start loosing weight. I would highly recommended this game, i only wish I had bought it earlier so I could have worked out more.

The balance board is not needed but adds some fun "enhancements" to some of the exercise.

This is a good product for getting motivated and moving in a weight loss challenge.  It will get you moving, burning those calories, while having fun.

I'm one of those kids who hated the "publicness" of gym class, so I appreciate being able to work out in private.  I have issues with my knees, so I like being able to arrange my own workouts that skip the activities that I just can't do but double up on the stuff I can.  I agree with the other reviewer that there are no isolating ab exercises, even "standing crunches" or something.
