“ECU is off the hook!”

East Carolina University Greenville NC —

ECU is a great school. It has great professors, many good programs to choose from, diversity, and many extracurricular activities. Financial Aid and Admissions can be a little slow but that is probably due to the large student body of approximately 30,000. There are tons of good stores to go shopping and restaurants to choose from and a little night life. The one problem that I have with the area is the crime rate. Greenville has one of the fastest growing crime rates in NC. On a brighter note, you're only about an hour 1/2 from the beach, Raleigh, and a couple of hours from Wilmington and Virginia.
