Eat Great, Lose Weight —
I have been Yo Yo dieting all my life. I read about Suzanne Somer's Diets in a magazine one Sunday morning and decided, HEY! I can do this.... and started with my breakfast that day. By the end of the week I had lost 8 pounds.After 4 months I had lost 50 POUNDS!!! I eat what I want and as much as I want!!! I am NEVER hungry, have pleanty of energy and eating out or with friends is easy too!! I just follow the rules about not eating certain foods together and eliminating (most of) the YUCKY foods.
