Kenmore 40 gal. Table Top Electric Water Heater (31813)
This table top hot water heater replaced the same type Kenmore model that was originally installed in our S. Florida home around 1985... and lasted until 2012! I was very happy to find they still had a similar table-top model that fit in the same space next to my clothes washer and dryer and provides a great folding or storage area. It doesn't even look like a hot water heater,and with the 40 gallon capacity and quick recovery time I've never run out of hot water, even with appliances running and teenagers in the shower!

Kenmore 80 gal. Tall Electric Water Heater (32184)
Purchased thinking it was the best available......when hot water ran out after 1 5 minute shower,called for service.......serviceman ststed that the heater could be run at 110vac or 220vac,and that heater was set for 110vac......I later found this to be a lie as it is only able torun at 220vac.........sometimes the hot water lasts for 10 minutes before getting cold,but not very often.will let it sit for 2 hours before it will provide 1 more shower.......very disappointed with Sears/Kenmore.......never again!!!!
