Electrolux 30&#34 Built-In Gas Range w/ Wave-Touch Controls EW30GS65G —

I've used almost every function on this range and they've all been terrific. The wave-touch control pad looks a little complex at first, but it is quite easy. The convection roast does a fantastic job. Meats are crispy on the outside and juicy inside (except with all the juice getting sealed-in, you get little pan-drippings for gravy). Extremely even oven -- your cakes/biscuits/breads will not be lopsided or burned in spots. Someone put a great deal of thought into designing this product -- check out the racks. I love the slide-in style. No crumbs fall between the cabs and range, and you don't have to reach over boiling pots to adjust any controls.
