I love scrapping and love getting new ideas. Does anyone know of any great websites that I can go to, to get more great ideas!! I have a cricket also and it is wonderful. Does anyone have one that has brought the software? Is it really worth the money for the software?

I mainly go to one of our local Michaels craft stores for any scrapbooking supplies.

They understand the need for acid-free products, for heirloom quality items.

does Kmart sell any of this craft stuff? Wal mart did when I lived near one and it was a pretty large section and although not a popular one, it still filled a need for that sort of stuff.

My daughter and I used to paint plaster cast objects, purchased from the craft stores, together.

Aww, thats so sweet. :)  Although I never pegged you for a scrapbooking guy. ;)  Although I've never been big into scrapbooking, I've seen the cricut in action and it is very impressive.  Like a miniature plotter!  Id say if there is software that makes it better?  Get it.

Sure...

I've got pictures of my various projects done over the years, my wife and daughter, my two dogs, the property I take care of, and the old tools that I restore.

I also have albums of my old illustration and art work.

But, I haven't done illustration or art work for some years now.

I'd love to develop a similar skill level, approaching Eric Sloane's work.

That art bag of mine, is "around here somewhere"...

Be sure to use acid-free products with your scrap books or things will change over time.
