Erie Insurance-After having an independent agency for over 25 years, I merged with Erie and was extremely pleased with the way in which my previous customers were treated in the transfer. I also had a dealing with their claims office and found them to be more than fair in their treatment of our claim. It was settled very quickly with very little consternation on my part. The claims rep did not know that I had experience as an agent and treated us extremely well. I reviewed a few of the other reviews and caution readers to understand that the negative responses normally have other circumstances that influence the company's decicion(s).Erie Insurance
