Arrived well packed. A part of the base was broken, so I could not try it out. The rubber feet were completely out of line, the fan would not sit level, there was no way to adjust the feet. The bottom of the base had a piece of plastic that was warped. I've had a number of table fans in the past, all very good, this one looked shoddy in construction. This one is going back.
Bought this fan to use in my Ham Shack and it does a good job moving air without making a lot of noise. Great buy for the money and fits my needs.
It's so much better than the cheaper fans you can find that make it sound like your sleeping in an airplane hanger. As for high speed it's not whisper silent but it's tolerable in a small bedroom like ours...
- very quiet operation. doesnot make noise even at high speed
- head can be easily adjusted vertically
- revolves without any noise.
- No negative points !
Overall its really satisfactory. Ideal for one person.
works well, I have had these fans last for years, would definitely recommend.
