I have two of these for over a year now came looking to purchase two more they have done the job of allowing my clothes to air dry and not become rusted or stained because of the vinyl that covers the rods and they are spaced out just right if you take your time and put it together it is quick  do...

Most Helpful Critical Review

The laundry rack had to be assembled before use.    The pole connectors are plastic and poorly designed.   Although the connectors did not break while I was assembling the unit, two of them cracked so it will be only a matter of time before they break.   The top rack fastener also has plastic...

jury is still out

I am happy with the quality of the two drying racks I previously purchased. However, I had difficulty connecting the poles on the third rack. In fact they snapped when I tried to attach the side component. I am in the process of trying to purchase new connectors for the poles which would remedy future problems as well. I hope Kmart will come through for us all. Just imagine all of the drying racks in landfills otherwise!

Don't Buy This

This rack was really easy to put together but the poles have a poor design. The poles seem to be glued to the connectors instead of being screwed in or welded so if you open it too fast or put a heavy sweater it breaks. Several of the poles have snapped off the connectors in just 2 weeks of use. I'm sorry I didn't save the box and receipt, as I would have returned it. It truly is a piece of garbage.

Love it.

I just got this rack for my place.  I love it so far.  Fairly easy to put togeather in a small space.  Would get it again for my place.

save your money

Save your money. Don't spend it on this. It's a pain to assemble and I thought the connectors on the ends of the poles were a poor design and poorly made. The very first pole I tried to attach, the connector broke. It was very frustrating and aggravating.

This rack is a great one! I started hanging most of my clothes on drying racks to save $ while still in college 20 years ago and I haven't stopped. Using a rack also helps prolong the life of outfits, jeans, & undies. This rack doesn't break or bow like the wooden versions. The wooden racks often become rusty and even moldy in warmer climates (even if you keep them inside the house). I'd thought this rack seemed pricey until I checked out a competitor a moment ago - they're charging $40+ for similar models. I really like the lock-in-place feature on the top of both sides of the rack. If... read full review »
