I am so happy I made this online purchase. We needed two stools that fit in our kitchen at the center island. I wanted something that would be stable for my 3 year old son to climb up and down from and be able to sit on without wobbling off. We have had the stools for about 6 weeks and they are great. My son can even kneel on them to help make food at the island. I also wanted a very sturdy seat for my husband who is over six feet tall and a very brood man and he fits well into the seat. I wanted a wider seat than a little round stool and this fits the bill.
These counter stools arrived promptly, looked to be solid enough, but unfortunately were much too dark in color...didn't match anything that I already have and I had to take them back...experience with local store was good...they accepted the return and issued a credit to my credit card with no problems. Would order from KMart again...
I bought four of these stools and am extremely happy with them. They are sturdy and solid without any wobbles.
The predrilled holes were a little small which made it difficult to get the screws in with an allen wrench. We simple predrilled the holes slightly bigger and had no problems with assembly.
Would definitely recommend! Great price for the quality!
