The thing I hate most about this vacuum is that the bagless feature, which should be handy is actually a pain if you have any amount of work to do. I have 2 dogs, a cat and four people living in my house, of which the livingroom, hallway and bedrooms are carpeted. ( I have hardwoods in the entry, diningroom, kitchen and familyroom). I have trouble with dog hair getting balled up in the hose to the cup, and find myself having to empty the dirt cup frequently. I will go back to a bagged cleaner soon. I have owned this cleaner for several months, and it barely works now.Eureka - Eureka Boss - SmartVac
