I have owned this fryer for 4 months and have used at least 5 times. I have had many fryers, and, this is by far the best at home fryer I have ever used. Digital display/controls are accurate and easy to use. Unit heats to operating temp in 5 minutes or so and maintains correct temperture throughout...

I have had this item for almost 2 years. It worked really well for the first year. You could only see half of the numbers because something when out and it wouldn't show the bottom of all the numbers. It also would not heat evenly all the time. Then one day last month I was using it and it just stopped...

We bought this deep fryer in March and 6 months later it stopped working! It became dangerous as well. We would turn it on and set it at a certain temp and it would get so hot that it would turn itself off. It stopped registering the temperature settings. Then one day it just wouldn't turn on again. It is not worth your money.
do not buy. worked great for a week. now if it does come on and starts to heat the oil it goes off and doesn't come back on.
We bought this fryer in August and it worked great for six months. We only used it maybe half a dozen times total and it was fine...but all of a sudden it just stopped working totally. Waste of money to buy this fryer. We are VERY disappointed.
Had this appliance for only a year and a half, followed all the instructions, it just stopped working, I would not not recommend anyone to buy this device.
I have used this fryer constantly for four years. It has never failed me. My brother bought it for me for Christmas. My son loved the fries and chicken nuggets I used to cook for him. Now he's moved out and I'm buying one for his new place for him right now!!!
Loved the size of this deep fryer. Most deep fryers are to small to use if you have some friends coming over and don't want to do multiple cookings. However the basket in ours kept getting stuck to the brackets that held the heating coil in place and we couldn't get it out of the deep fryer some times. The biggest problem is that it totally quit working after only two years. It is only used occasionally and I would think it should last much longer than that.
it is easy to use and to clean. Not a messy item when being used. Heats up real quick. comes with 3 baskets 2 small 1 large. Very easy to handle.
This fryer is nice, great design but the electronic part don't work for long time, I have two machines and both are broken now, in one all numbers and lights work but now is no getting hot, in the other one, no lights, notting work. I called the company and is not guarantie for that. Sorry, select and other one, maybe is better...
If your thinking should I get this one or the cheaper one...This is the best...You can fry alot more in the basket..heats fast and holds the heat a little bit longer...I am buying my third...My children wanted it after they saw what a great job it does....I take it to family dinners and we have the chicken done in mins with large batches...There are a lot of look alikes. but they don't work as well...Trust me I have tried them... so enjoy if you purchase this.
This fryer might work for someone that had LOTS of counter space but NOT for anyone with a small kitchen. I was not impressed with the way this unit functions. The baskets are hard to move because of the way the lid fits and there is no place to put the basket when you raise it from the oil. The only good thing I can say about this is that the oil comes up to temp quickly. I am really considering throwing this one out and getting something else.

I have worked in restaurants/kitchens for years. And this is the first fryer that came close to the proformance I was used to. Quick tempertureing, deep compartment and easy cleaning. But like the other 2 fryers before them they will work for about 1-2 years and stop functioning. After taking them a part I have found that the wiring is faulty. This product has two wires that are too close that can cause a short.
I bought this fryer one year and a half ago. It always worked great and I kept it clean folowing the instructions provided. One day it stopped working. Wouldn't switch on again, as other reviews stated. I totally agree. IT DOESN'T LAST MORE THAN 2 YEARS !
