This carseat is available to get another base. I don't have to get my base out when she goes with grandma. The handle is good to prevent the carseat from banging into your leg when you carry it, but it's almost impossible to put it in the crook of your arm to say unlock the door with full hands. The...

“Not the best..”

When i first saw this carseat it seemed so practical, affordable, and cute. I bought it because of the price and the good reviews I had read. But I have to say that after having it for 3 months I wish i could afford something better. My baby's head flops around like a rag doll and she sits straight up in it. Also the straps are difficult to adjust. Its very hard to strap baby in because the shoulder straps are built so low down into the carseat, they need to be a little higher. I have had 2 different cars and this carseat does not fit into them at all with the handle down like the instruction manual...

“Terrible car seat”

i got this car seat as a shower gift and loved it until I put my baby in it. When you put the seat in the base that fits in your car or the matching stroller the baby sits straight up. Well since newborns can't hold their heads up on their own my poor baby looked like a bobble head! I even bought more neck support and nothing worked! She was so uncomfortable in it that I had to go out and buy a new car seat for her. I also drive a honda accord and the seat did not fit in my car properly. I would not recommend this seat to anyone!!

“my daughter loves her seat”

I got this car seat and stroller as a gift before my daughter was born. We have been using it since she was born and it has been wonderful! Like all products, it is not perfect. The few things that could be improved are, the head support is HUGE - I had to buy a smaller one that would support my newborn's head, when the handle is down in the car, which is listed as the proper way to have it,  it BARELY fits between the back seat and the front seats in our Jeep Grand Cherokee,  and my daughter has a long torso and the strap slots don't go very high, so we have only gotten a few months out of...

“Great seat!”

This seat fit well in my van and I had no problems with the canopy. The headrest is useless but they were useless on my other seats too (I have 3 kids and another due soon.) I did have issues with the recline in my van... I had to use a rolled towel to get a proper recline. I had it checked by a tech and all looked good once we got the recline down. Overall I would recommend this to anyone having a baby girl.

“Recommend this seat”

I looked at several different car seats before buying this one. This one is very easy to install and carry. It does take a little work the first time to adjust the straps, but once you know how it's not a problem. fabric is adorable and easy to remove if it needs washed. I agree with the rest of the reviewers that the headrest is a waste if used alone. I just rolled up a blanket or added another headrest for support .

“Love it!”

I purchase this carseat for my third daughter. The handle is shorter than all the others I looked at so it doesn't seem as hard to carry. It also seems a little smaller than some of the other brands. It is easy to release from the base and to adjust. I have the matching stroller, that I also love as well as the matching diaper bag, highchair and swing!

“EXCELLENT CAR SEAT IN AN ACCIDENT”

My daughter was born at the end of November 2007 and I purchased it right before she was born. I purchased this car seat mainly because of the color. It is a very adorable car seat for a girl. I didn't like the headrest part because it didn't keep her head in place and the straps were hard to take out and put in the other slots. I was going to return it and get a new one, until my daughter, who was 1 1/2 months old, was involved in a car accident in January of this year. “love the pink”

I really liked this car seat when I saw it. I of course had a girl and bought it. The straps adjust easily, but luckily not too easy. My daughter always fell asleep in it and it got to the point where sometimes I had to take her on a quick car ride to get her to fall asleep. The one thing I found wrong with it was the headrest. There are slits in it, to put the straps through which is fine, but there is no support what so ever for baby's head. So what I did was I bought a nice headrest and put it inside of the one that came with it. So I used the original headrest as a base. Worked great.

“Great car seat”

This car seat didn't come out until after my daughter was born and already had a car seat, but I just loved the color and design so much that I decided to buy it for her anyways. It is a pretty good car seat overall. It is very easy to carry and put in and out of the base and stroller. My daughter really enjoyed it up until 2 weeks ago when she out grew it. I have to agree with the other comments about the headrest, we never used it because it just wouldn't stay in place.

“Cute Car seat that is good for the most part!”

We bought this along with the stroller that matches it. The stroller is not worth your money! This infant seat however we have had good luck with so far. Our daughter is almost 4 mos. old. The only think we did not like when we first began using it was the lack of support and padding for your baby's head. It does come with a cute head rest but it never stays in place and you are better off to buy your own! As for the color, it is tough to keep clean but we take ours off and wash it periodically according to the tag on the inside. Overall not bad for the price!

“Headrest = Cute but not practical”

It is handy to be able to pop the carrier out of the base and put it in the stroller or just carry my baby down the street. BUT I agree with a previously made comment: Not much padding and the headrest was stiff and useless. Also, I brought my 3-day-old daughter home from the hospital in it and the poor baby's head was slumped over onto her shoulder! I had to hold her head upright even with the headrest.

“no complaints”

I purchased this car seat after receiving the stroller as a baby shower gift. I have no complaints. My baby girl was born weighing 1 lb. 5 ozs. and when she was finally able to come home, this car seat kept her nice and snug. I agree that the head rest is not much support, but it takes five seconds to roll a receiving blanket or purchase another head rest. It takes a little working with to adjust straps and such, but I've never had a car seat that didn't ( and I have three children). I think it's great in the area of safety and that's what matters most!
