I used this shredder about 4 times with no more than 3 sheets and it would not function properly. The sheets rapped around the shredding device and you can't cut them all loose. I was not aware that there was anything stuck on the blades until it was too late. I use shredders all day, so I know how to operate them properly. I was just mad that I'd spent almost $50.00 for a shredder and nwas not able to use it.

I agree with a previous review. It worked fine for about a yr. Then the auto function failed requiring me to manually turn it on and off when I used it. Eventually paper became all wrapped up in the shred rollers. This lead to the plastic shield to break when the paper built up. For the money I'd pass on this unit.
