“The Fisher Price Smart Cycle was a SMART buy for me and my son!”
As a disabled mother of three children (one toddler,) I look for toys that will be educational as well as a good method to help "burn off" the excess energy my toddler has prior to nap time, and while bubba and sissy are at school. Three year olds tend to climb the walls and bounce off of anything with a hard surface if they get bored. With me being disabled and winter approaching quickly, I was concerned that my son would go crazy being stuck in the house with mom on her "rough days." I failed to mention that I also live in a small apartment with a tiny patio. Not quite sufficient for running off the willys. Ha ha. I sometimes feel guilty that I cannot take my son out to the park to ride his bike or play on the playground. When the rain gets here, it wont be much of an option anymore anyway so... I bought him the Fisher Price Smart Cycle. The Smart Cycle is great because it gives my son that "bike ride" that he so craves and all while playing fun games that help to prepare him for Kindergarten. Gotta love that! It's not so big and bulky that it obstructs pathways in my small living area and I just set it off to the side when he's tuckered out. It's also so easy to plug into my set. It doesn't take a rocket scientist or contortionist to get it set to go! The Smart Cycle runs on D batteries, so buy rechargeables right away and it will be of no consequence later. At three years old, my sons mind is so active and sponge-like that I pat myself on the back every day for my purchase. He's learned so much in the last month that I can't imagine not having the Smart Cycle. Now, my son gets the much needed exercise and educational interaction with mom that he deserves, and my disability is no longer a reason for him to do without. Thanks Fisher Price for such a great educational toddler toy!
Regards, Thankful mom.
