“total gym”

For the money and simple motions. It is worth the price. When I first got it, I played the macho role and kind of laughed thinking this thing isn't going to give me the results I want. But I will tell you what, you will respect it after a month or so. The only down sides I can see is its hard to get a good leg workout. and you might get a little motion sickness trying to get a cardio workout.

“Great piece of exercise equipment”

I bought the total gym supra pro in March of 2006. I have had the unit for 8 months now. This is a really great piece of exercise equipment. I have been using it 6 mornings a week. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I do the upper body and on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, I do the legs with more emphasis on the abs'. I started at 10 to 15 minutes a day and have worked up to 30 minutes each day. I pretty much follow the one video that came with the unit developed for the LA fire department, just dividing it up into 2 sections. “Total Gym”

I bought this item as a Christmas present for myself and am more than happy with it. I highly recommend this as it is the most used piece of fitness equipment I own. If you buy no other piece of fitness equipment, make sure you get this!!

“I am enjoying my Total Gym Supra!”

I just got it the other day and I have already felt the difference. Their is instructional videos and all the equipment for doing over 60 excercises. I like the portablilty of the this product. I was able to pick it up the same night that I bought it. And it fit in my little Kia Spectra. I couldn't believe it. My goals is to lose 50 lbs. I have already notices a huge increase in energy.
