There is a icemaker cleaner available from SEARS stores may have it for sale if not you can order it on line @ sears.com Part #4396808 instructions on I.M for cleaning also I think it is on the bottle,if not turn off then remove plug on bottom of sump to drain water then put plug back on and pour cleaner in sump and put i.m. in the clean mode,let run until done the remove plug to drain sump and put plug back in then turn unit back on to the reg cycle.
