“Great Looking Tree”
GE 7.5ft Bavarian Pine, Multi —
Tired of the cold, the wet, the sawing, the mess, the fire hazard and the cat attractor, we finally went "fake" this year. I thought I'd hate it, but I love it. This has to be one of the best "fakes" out there - very well made and very natural looking (if it would emit a pine smell, no one would ever know!). This does have a plug for your star or angel on the top, but no other electric ornaments are allowed - I don't have any, so this is not a concern. The LED lights last like forever, run on about zero electricity and give off almost no heat, so I like them (although I'm not crazy about the blue ones - don't know what happened there - the color is way too intense in my opinion - but hey, I can swap them out for two bucks if I want). We had to cut this down a bit to allow room for our angel, but there is plenty of room on the bottom to do that, and the tree actually looks better a bit closer to the floor. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. I didn't even have to lug it home from the store - it arrived in my garage a week after I clicked through on this site. It has tons of "limbs" for tons of ornaments. Have already had a bunch of "wow what a pretty ttree" and "that's FAKE??" comments from family and friends.
