After seeing this tree at the store it was a must buy. Looked hours and hours for a 9ft tree that was full and had great looks. No other store could match the quality of this tree. This tree looked beautiful in the store; however, after putting it together, which I might add initially looked easy but the pieces were hard to get together, we plugged it in to find that one part of the top section didn't work.
