“Bad Touch Pad”

Bought this to replace an old GE model. Easy to install but the touch pad started to go at the one year mark. I called and scheduled a visit by GE to come under warranty and determine the issue. Following the call the touch pad magically began to work again so I cancelled the service visit with GE. 4 months later the pad went again for good, now not under warranty. No lights, fan, 1-3 and 6-9 keys all dead. Very dissapointed with the product and the fact that I canceled the appointment. “Microwave”

I previously had a GE microwave and it was great. The new one I bought is of poor quality. There is an opening by the bottom of the door which traps condensation and cooking smells. GE cheapened the product by using more plastic parts. The vent system is loud and poor. I will never purchase a GE microwave again. Don't waste your money on this one.

“Dont get a GE”

Purchased this 3 yrs ago. Thought I'd be able to use this for at least 6 yrs. It had a faulty electric touch pad that went bad in 3 yrs time. Now it is trash.. If GE products only last 3 years, I'm buying another product name.

“Great Microwave”

I had a sears Kenmore microwave for 10yrs i replaced it with another kenmore and it just wasn't the same the doors are made poorly.I bought this GE microwave and is just great the doors are made tough and it cooks great it has built in sensors so you can't over cook your food .it is very quiet and very well built very reasonable for the price i would highly recommend this micrwave for anyone looking for a good micrwave at a good price.

“Great microwave for the price”

This microwave has been great. It's easy to use, even the kids can use it. I like the 'add 30 second' button. We've had no problems with this and have had it a year and a half.
