Broken

I purchased this product as a christmas gift and my husband loves it but now the arm is broken. The peice that fits over the ear is broken near the arm connection and now there is no way to fix it, or replace it. They don't even sell the arm peice so it works but is not usable.

We were surprised when we found this Bluetooth Headset at our local Sears Hardware Store. It was a good product for the money. Bad Product

I purchased this headset about 2 months ago and have hated it ever since. The sound quality is poor. When I am outside in even the slightest breeze people say that they can not hear me. I can't transfer calls from my phone to the headset either. This is the 3 headset I have owned and is the worst.

Okay product

I am a big fan of GE products but this time I was disappointed.  Some times it worked well and sometimes it didnt.

G.E. bluetooth

the deal with this product is that its a waste of money, rather its $17.99 what i paid or $49 on this site. theres static in the ear piece when your trying to talk, it dont matter if the phones an inch in front of u or 10 feet. the ear piece dont fit in your ear for nothing, so take may advice and buy something else.

Would not recommend

I purchased two of these headsets for Christmas gifts from Sears the day after Thanksgiving and both have broken already. The part that clips to the ear has broken where it connects to the earpiece on both sets. The sound was great, even better than my Motorola one but now they are unusable and I cannot find replacements for the ear clip anywhere.
