I WAS SO USED TO THE SIDE BY SIDE FOR SO MANY YEARS, I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS MISSING IN HAVING THIS SUPERB APPLIANCE. I JUST LOVE THIS SPACE AND AVAILABILITY OF FINDING ALL MY FOOD RIGHT AT MY FINGER TIPS. AND THE FREEZER IS AMAZING. I PUT A LOAF OF BREAD IN THERE AND TOOK IT OUT AND THERE WAS NO FREEZER FROST.

SOMETIME I JUST LIKE TO OPEN IT AND LOOK IN JUST TO SEE THE LED LIGHTS. SOUNDS SILLY, BUT OH WELL!

NOW I'VE ONLY HAD THIS FOR A FEW WEEKS SO HOPEFULLY IT WILL PERFORM AS IT IS SUPPOSE TO AND NOT JUST BE PRETTY TO LOOK AT.

ASK ME AGAIN IN6-12 MONTHS FOR A REVIEW.

I purchased an LG refrigerator 5 years ago and it has a leak and the company cannot replace the door now or in the future. I turned to Sears because I know their reputation and know that they back up all their products. This GE refrigerator is so wonderful. The bottom freezer is even more useful than I imagined it would be. The lighting in the inside is great. It is a beautiful applaince and as much as I liked my LG, I like this one so much better. It is nice to know that I bought my refrigerator in a store that I trust.

We shopped for the new fridge for over 6 months, and compared so many! The discount provided by shopping at the Sears Appliance Outlet store went toward a new washer and dryer that we are also thrilled with.

I am sure we made the right choice, as the one we selected meets or exceeds all of our expectations. I especially like the roomy refridgerator, and all the drawers, shelfs, etc that allow for perfect organization. It makes it so easy to just open the door, grab what you want, and move on, rather than standing there with the door hanging open trying to find something.

I never dreamed I would like the freezer drawer on the bottom, but it has also provided for better organization and ease in finding stuff. It is amazing how much it holds. We really love it, and have many compliments already.

Thank you for providing access to great appliances at even greater affordable prices, especially in these difficult times.

This french door refrigerator looks really nice. I'm short, 5'3", and appreciate the easy access to the freezer compartment below. This low access is exactly what my husband dislikes most about it. We opted for no door icemaker and get out ice the old fashioned way which was not a big deal or adjustment. My favorite feature is the double wide deli tray which accommodates platters, alot of yogurt and cheeses and is easy to clean.

This is a really nice fridge. Every thing works great and you cant even hear this thing run. However the ice capacity is small. We seem to run out of ice every day. There is only three in our family so if you need lots of ice I wouldnt recommend this refer. Other than that the fride is great....

This refridgerator is worth every penny. It is easy to place and remove food items with sliding shelves in the refridgerator section and the freezer too! I wish the open door alarm was a little louder, but otherwise this is a great appliance....

When searching for the "Fridge", we decided there were a few musts, such as ice and water in the door, French Door and Child Lock. After a little shopping we decided we also wanted crushed ice in the door and LED interior lighting (because it just looks so cool). The choice are LG, Samsung and Ge Profile (samsung in Ge clothing). As we wanted 25 cu ft and a black exterior, that left us with the GE Profile and the LG unit. We decided on the GE because of the superior water filter, more traditional display, cost savings (big difference after price match), twin condensors, and it was in stock. All in all we are very pleased. The only drawback if you will is if you want to open the deli drawer, you have to open both doors, a minor hassle. There does not seem to be the gain is space I had hoped to achieve from my side by side, in fact it may have less usable room but I still Love it....

I looked at so many refrigerators before I selected this one. We were looking for one that had all of the features this one has but in a smaller size. None to be had. We had to do a little carpentry work on a wall to make it fit. It was well worth it. We love the unit. The only problem we seem to have is with the icemaker. It doesn't make enough ice. We don't use a lot, but at the end of the day we like to fill two insulated mugs with ice and water to take to bed. The amount of ice in the refrigerator is not enough to fill the two mugs. I have made sure the unit is level. I have removed the filter and used the filter bypass insert. I have checked the water line. I did notice that the internal module in the ice maker cabinet was improperly inserted and I corrected that. Still the ice production is less than satisfactory. I will be calling Sears Repair soon to see if they have a solution. I will repost when they have completed their work. Looking at the other posts about the icemaker I am......

I have had this GE Refrigerator for a week and I absolutely love everything about it!! Spill proof shelves, shelves folding in half if you need them too. Ice maker works great and also has crushed ice which is harder to find with a french door refrigerator. And the best feature of all is the bottom freezer with french doors. Absoultely Sweeeet!! Shop around and get it on sale. On sale, it is the best buy for the money....

I have been reaserching for months for the right choice , I am pleased With everything about this one, After compareing over and over this ge seems to be perfect, the only downfall is the size of the holding compartment of ice storage , although there is another container you can keep full in freezer. This by far has more ice making capilities than the kenmore elite, the only other option for us was the maytag , which was another option but they to me had very poor designing on the door . to much wasted space ., if you are in the market for a french door unit look at all options many dont have both ice and water on the door , some just have water . I give GE a plus fopr the design of this unit....
