I have just finished using this washer for the first time. I don't really understand all the setting yet but that will come with use. It was quieter than a regular washer normally is. I was pleased with the way it got the water out of the clothes. I think you may have to pick the correct setting to get clothes washed right. The clothes were a bit wrinkled out of the dryer but again I just think it's a matter of getting used to it and adjusting the cycles. I love the sensor size for the wash load, I don't have to guess. The sensor dry on the dryer is great too. My clothes came out dry and not all damp.
