After doing an extensive online search, I was attracted to the great online price Sears was promoting for the washer. Using GE's website and informational video convinced me this was the best washer relative to price and features. I was also very happy that my local Sears retail store matched the online price and had the washer delivered and installed the following morning! The washer has all the convenience features most people need without overpaying for the unnecessary frills on wahers twice the price. I would definately recommed this model.

The washer provides up to 60% savings in energy consumption and 51% savings in water usage as compared to a non-ENERGY STAR® qualified GE® topload washer and based on 2009 ENERGY STAR® ratings.
